Temple Pride

“Once an owl, always an owl!” Former, present, and future students should be proud to say they are/were a member of the Temple Community. From academics to athletics, Temple’s list of accolades is endless. We want to promote school spirit and help students take pride in saying “I am a Temple Owl.”

• Alumni Relations - TSG. will work with the Office of Alumni to create events that increase the level of interaction between students and alumni.
  • Host alumni panels – current students can learn more about the accomplishments of former Temple students.

• Athletics - As the Temple Owls make the transition to the “Big East” we need to make sure that our student population is more engaged in athletics than ever before. TSG will provide incentives for students to attend games and work closely with the Athletic Department to ensure that students are informed of events.
  • TSG should have a presence at every major sporting event! We will create an attendance policy that requires TSG administration to attend a specific number of games throughout each semester.

• Our Temple “T” – Student organization should be allowed to use Temple’s famous logo if they are promoting an event or program on campus. The use of the university logo would need to be approved prior to use.
